Partnership update

Think Global is currently working with two organisations to develop relevant, targeted resources for teachers that promote critical thinking and develop understanding of social and global issues.

Firstly, we are really pleased to work with Doc Academy to develop a set of new teaching resources and activities to accompany the BBC’s Exodus documentary series. Exploring the issue of migration these classroom resources will link to the secondary English assessment objectives. We will also be developing supporting documentation to help teachers explore controversial issues, such as migration, in their classroom.

Secondly, we are continuing our partnership with RNIB (Royal National Institute of Blind People), to update and develop resources for the ‘Dots Raise Lots’ campaign. Our partnership with RNIB spans more than five years, during this time we have developed high quality education materials to enhance understanding of issues surrounding sight loss and to link to RNIB’s annual fundraising campaign.

Both sets of resources will be published later this year and will be free for teachers to download and use with their students.

  1. Hello!

I am very excited to learn about Think Globally. My passion for teaching both middle school math and science as well as integrating the UN Sustainability Goals has led me to your organization. I would love to be of any assistance I can with your efforts, and will try to arrange to take one of your online courses.

Recognizing synergies, it would be great to collaborate.

It would be a honor to hear from you.
