We are currently inviting our partner organisations to take up Think Global membership for 2018-19 (starting on 1 April).
Over the next year, we will continue to work actively in partnership with you and others, to:
- strengthen the sector and advocate for global learning, in order to promote global learning in the UK
- develop and deliver global learning resources and activities for educators and others, in order to better equip them to deliver global learning.
Think Global members have been positive about our work in the past year, eg. “The work so far to encourage the sector to work in a more collaborative way has been very beneficial and successful”.
We have enjoyed shining a spotlight on the brilliant work of our member organisations, and working with you to promote education in a global context to a range of stakeholders. Our Global Dimension website is thriving as a national hub of resources, with thousands of views each month. We have been seeking out opportunities to share best practice, offering free webinars on relevant topics. Our advocacy work has really been growing, allowing us to give a voice to the global learning sector with government, parliamentarians and other decision makers.
Membership fees remain the same as last year, with the addition of a new band for organisations with a turnover of less than £50,000, established in response to feedback. For more info and to sign up for Think Global membership please click here.
