The first major review of development education and the views and perceptions of the black and ethnic minority communities in Britain, based on interviews, focus groups and general discussion with a range of individuals from the black and ethnic minority communities and with development education practitioners. It contains recommendations about how the work of black and ethnic minority communities can have a closer relationship with and engagement in what is perceived as the dominant development education practice in the UK.
