DEA's research with Ipsos MORI with both young people and teachers shows an unmet need for global learning. Every young person should leave school able to make connections between local and global issues and equipped to live and work in a globalised world. There are some positive education policy foundations but much more needs to be done to ensure that schools have the support they need to prepare young people for their global future.
Enquiry into the potential Contining Professional Development (CPD) role of DEA
DEA commissioned Katy Newell Jones to conduct this enquiry to contribute to DEA's strategic planning process by exploring the potential role of DEA in Continuing Professional Development (CPD), in particular, to identify what cannot be provided locally and/or regionally.
